Job Summary:
• A key role within the management structure that works effectively with peers and teams within the organisation.
• To provide effective management to the practice site(s) and teams within to ensure they fulfil their role descriptions on a day to day basis.
• Provide leadership that enables the practice site(s) to achieve contractual, regulatory and best practice standards within a profitable, efficient, safe, enjoyable and effective working environment.
• Ensure the delivery of compliant, high-quality services and patient care that satisfies strict regulatory requirements.
• To provide day-to-day management of each site effectively and efficiently within guidelines set by Health & Beyond
• Foster a can do attitude with their peers and team members, striving to create a positive work culture and experiences of care for patients
• To deliver the continuing development of each site and its services
• To fully optimise the use of practice resources and personnel, identifying new opportunities and ways of meeting the needs and expectations of patients
• To disseminate, comply with and implement all policies and procedures
• Implement practice wide projects and new initiatives agreed by the lead GP and board of directors.
• Actively engage in strategic planning and pro-actively review practice standards to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
• Live, promote and encourage H&Bs values and behaviours framework
