Patient Advisor

We are a professional and friendly GP Practice caring for approximately 13,500 patients in Bushbury and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Patient support — welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone
• Online triage — scheduling appointments, updating records, and managing enquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Clinical liaison — working closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient journey
• Care Navigation — guiding patients on services, referrals, and next steps in their careWhat We’re Looking For
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• IT confident and ideally experienced with clinical systems
• Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and remains calm under pressure
• A team player with great attention to detail
• Previous experience in healthcare and customer service within General Practice
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a busy, changing environment
• Willingness to provide cover for annual leave/sickness, sometimes at short notice
